Turns out the problem is related to the Terminal Services Gateway not having a certificate configured. One thing I found strange is that there is a Remote Web Workspace Users group and a Windows SBS Remote Web Workspace users group. I've done some more checking on my server and have come across what looks like is causing the problem, but again tried different fixes from online suggestions and nothing. This finally fixed it. I had the cert rekeyed by godaddy and reinstalled it.
