Deleting the .metadata folder in the workspace seems to resolved the problem, however I have yet to add any of the original plugins. Attached are the details of the latest error I've gotten. Here is the solution: Close everything, install a fresh Eclipse and make sure it is the "Classic" one. From the error log: eclipse.buildId=M20060629-1905 java.version=1.5.0_07 java.vendor=Sun Microsystems Inc. That's a no-no: You have to use a Classic Eclipse to install MyEclipse.
