An Unknown Error Occurred 4002

AllanRojas Level 1 (0 points) Q: An unknown error occurred (4002). What can I do? But when I tried to update Genius I got the error 4002 error message again. This will remove and re-create the file that iTunes Match and iTunes Genius uses and remove the problem. have a peek here

When I turned Genius OFF in the Store, it began to delete all of my Genius Results. After downloading all the software updates I tried to log into the iTunes store, but everytime I get the message " We could not complete your iTunes Store request.
