Exasperated, I decided to reinstall the Zone Alarm firewall (which AOL told me I had to remove) so I could find out what this "unknown program" was. I tried it and it worked for me. Dell says the error code 46npqe is an AOL server error. weblink Of course, I didn't believe that!

If you're using Windows 2000/XP, they should be in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AOL\AOLCoach\en_en\download; if not, they're somewhere under C:\Windows.
