I checked the error_log and found the following message [warn] (128)Network is unreachable: connect to listener repeating once every second. The hit is in arbitraryinterval. Change this: Listen 80 to Listen 0.0.0.0:80 Similarly, if you have a Listen directive for the SSL port 443, change Listen 443 to Listen 0.0.0.0:443. Thx. his comment is here
