It's going to take a bit of trouble shooting on your individual systems to try and get to the bottom of it, here is what I would start with: - 1. I installed jdk-6u21-windows-i586 and added path to the bin directory of JDK to the system enviroment variable Path (C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_21\bin\) and it started normally.
